Reading Options

When I was reading the stories from past semesters, I was really interested in Sita and the Ramayana epic. I think I will use the online version because of the old-fashioned language. These types of stories are very entertaining because the language allows you travel to another era. I would also like to read more about Sita, Promila, and Shakuntala. The author seems very interesting, and I appreciate that she was a women's rights activist. The Divine Archer also seems good because of the simplicity. It seems to summarize the story, which usually clarifies meaning. Simplicity brings out the truth in stories.
